Overview

Dussehra is another popular Hindu festival but equally enjoyed & loved by all the other sections of society. It is celebrated as the day of victory, of the triumph of good over the evil. Though the whole of India reverberates with pomp & show on this day, yet the one down South is visibly more boisterous & authentic for the commoners & connoisseurs alike. Mysore & its magnificent palace becomes the epicenter of such a celebration & the entire city gets decorated in a royal way with all & sundry invited to participate. That culminates the 10 day festivities.
